The Delete My Account section allows you to submit a request to the admin for the removal of your account and user data from the platform.

 

 

Click Delete My Account and follow the prompts to proceed with account deletion. This action generates a GDPR request to remove your user data from the system, which is then escalated to the admin for approval. If approved, your account will be permanently deleted from the platform. Once deleted, your account will no longer be visible to learners, and your data cannot be restored.

 

To reaccess the platform, you will need to create a new account. We recommend carefully considering this decision before submitting the deletion request.
